We are so excited to invite you to the 2019 JEWEL Women’s Christian Conference on Saturday 21st September, and we hope you can join us.
God created all of us but sometimes things that we have done or things that have happened to us in the past can strip us leaving us vulnerable, lonely, desperate, brokenhearted, the list goes on…
Whether you are in the middle of the fire right now, or perhaps the heat of the fire went out long ago, the ashes might still be left. This can stop us from fulfilling the destiny He has for us. But, the good news is that God wants to bring you out & see you restored, rebuilt and renewed. He has a purpose for your life and doesn’t want anything to hold you back!
At JEWEL we want every woman to feel renewed, strengthened, encouraged and equipped as you continue your journey so we pray that you make this choice to come and join us for what we believe is going to be a great, faith-filled day!
We believe that as we gather together and worship Him, we will encounter God and see His grace redeem, release and restore us for the display of His splendour!. We pray that you will join us for JEWEL 2019 ” Beauty for Ashes” a day full of inspirational & faith-filled messages, powerful worship, prayer, fun and expectation. We can’t wait to see you!
Doors will open at 9.30am for a 10am start.
As in previous years we will be taking an offering to support a local charity. This year the charity will be Baby Basics. Baby Basics supports the most vulnerable new mums and families with essential help and equipment. For more details please click on their link.
Tickets are just £12 (+admin fee). This price includes refreshments but excludes lunch so please bring a packed lunch or grab something from one of the many food retailers near the venue.
There are 3 ways to book your ticket to JEWEL.
- Pop into The Kings Centre (Wigston) and see Tim Smith in the week or Gayle Eason on Sunday (10.30-12am). This cash method will avoid any booking fees so a ticket will cost £12.

Amy Longmore is one of the JEWEL conference hosts and has a huge passion to encourage women. Amy’s desire is for people to know their true identity in Christ and for them to reach their full God given potential. She inspires and loves to witness Jesus transforming the lives of those around her through His word. Amy is a key member of the Women’s Ministry team at Meadows, is happily married to James and is mummy to their very loved children Sam & Holly.
Anne Calver is a Baptist minister, author and speaker. She is passionate about the Word and Spirit and seeing Jesus transform lives and release people’s potential. She is married to Gavin and has two children; Amelie and Daniel. After her first speaking session at JEWEL went down so well, we couldn’t wait to invite Anne back.
Tania Bright (Tarn) is a seasoned speaker, author, leader and executive coach. With a strong sense of justice, she has served many humanitarian movements, with her greatest investment in supporting the refugee crisis and trafficked children and young people. She has two beautiful young boys, who keep her very active! Tarn has orienteered many seasons of life, some chosen and some not – and is passionate about supporting others to use the good times as motivation to share goodness, but as importantly to use the not-so-good-times as a means to grow in learning, compassion toward others and trust in Jesus.
We hope to see you at this years event.
God bless you all
